Our Staff
The KURUTSE philosophy is to develop and nurture skills wherever we spread our roots. Given that we have the capacity and expertise to transfer skills to previously disadvantaged communities, we take it as our duty to train and employ candidates from surrounding communities as a first priority. Wherever possible, we provide training and internship programs for students in ICT sector educational institutions with the goal of providing full-time employment at the completion of their studies.
This mutually beneficial programme allows us to expand our reach and empower more communities, while providing greater capacity for KURUTSE to do ICT business and run contracts. The more people we help today, the more we can help others tomorrow.
